UAVs Beginning with work on the AMBER (1985-1988) to Mars Flyers (1999-2001) Windtunnel tests and patent pending, morphing concepts (2005-2006)
SSTO (1989-1993) Designed a wide range of aircraft and spacecraft, both manned and unmanned: SSTO launchers, X-30-derived configurations, flyback booster and TSTO concepts, wave-riders, high-mach cruise vehicles, UAV's and hypervelocity weapons.
Refly->X37A (1990,2002-2004) Original designer - Started with a 1" postit, built a 20+inch model (flown in tunnel) and after a decade returned to the program working structures, mechanisms and signing-off on its composite tails.
